The Equity Alliance (TEA)

Founded in 2016, The Equity Alliance is Tennessee’s most Influential Black-led organizing force. We’ve registered over 90,000 voters and mobilized communities across Nashville, Memphis, and Clarksville. We unapologetically build independent Black cultural, political, and economic power. We educate, empower, and organize Black communities to take action towards self-determination over the resources and decisions that directly impact their quality of life.
